6. Products & Descriptions

We aim for accuracy in product listings, descriptions, and images. However, we cannot guarantee that all content is error-free, current, or complete. Colours and dimensions may vary slightly due to screen settings or printing methods.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or change product offerings at any time.

7. Order Fulfilment

  • Original artworks are packaged and shipped from the UK by Patriota Art.

  • Prints and merchandise may be produced and shipped by third-party providers such as Prodigi or Printful.

Estimated shipping times may vary based on destination and production method. Delays may occur due to postal or production factors beyond our control.

8. Returns & Refunds

In general:

  • Original and limited edition artworks are final sale unless damaged during shipping

  • Open edition prints or merchandise may be eligible for return depending on the fulfilment partner's policy

  • If your item arrives damaged, email info@patriotaart.com within 7 days with photos for assistance

9. Optional Tools and Third-Party Services

We may offer access to third-party tools or apps (e.g., email platforms, payment gateways, fulfilment apps) that we do not monitor or control.

We are not responsible for any issues that arise from your use of third-party tools or services. It’s your responsibility to review their terms and privacy policies.

10. User Comments, Reviews, and Submissions

If you submit feedback, testimonials, or other materials (with or without our request), you agree that we may use, copy, edit, or distribute them without restriction, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may not post anything unlawful, abusive, or obscene. We reserve the right to remove such content.

All artwork, images, logos, and written content on this site are the property of Ivone Patriota or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, sell, or use them without express written consent.
