Refund Policy

At Patriota Art, we take great pride in the quality and uniqueness of every piece — whether it's an original painting, a limited edition print, or a made-to-order product. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, please email us at info@patriotaart.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief explanation of the issue

We’ll review your case and, if eligible, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on the following:

  • Original artwork (one-of-a-kind pieces)

  • Limited edition prints (time-limited releases)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital downloads

  • Items returned without prior approval

Because these items are made or sold in limited quantities, all sales are final unless damaged in transit.


Open Edition Prints & Merchandise

Items like T-shirts, mugs, and open edition prints fulfilled by third-party partners (such as Prodigi or Printful) are made to order.

Returns for these items are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the issue and the policies of our print partner.

Please contact us before returning any item.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was faulty or sent in error.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after this time:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post)

  • Then contact your bank

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@patriotaart.com.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email info@patriotaart.com with photos and your order details.
