We aim to deliver your artwork safely, reliably, and with the care it deserves. This policy outlines how and when your order will ship, what to expect, and who to contact if you have questions.


Order Fulfilment

We offer a range of products, and fulfilment times vary depending on the type of item:

1. Original Paintings

  • Shipped directly from our studio in the UK

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days

  • Shipped via tracked courier service (e.g. Royal Mail, Parcelforce, or UPS)

  • Signature may be required upon delivery

2. Prints & Merchandise (POD)

  • Fulfilled by trusted partners (e.g. Prodigi, Printful)

  • Printed and shipped from a location closest to you when possible (UK, EU, or US)

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping time depends on destination (see estimates below)

Please note that delays may occur during peak periods or due to external carrier issues.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, item type, and fulfilment partner. For original paintings, shipping is based on size, weight, and insurance needs.


Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@patriotaart.com.


Customs, Duties & International Orders

For orders shipped outside the UK, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees in your country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the recipient.

Please consult your local customs office for details.


Return-to-Sender / Delivery Issues

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or failure to collect, we may charge for reshipping. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout.
