About Me
I’m Ivone — a self-taught artist originally from central Brazil, now living in the UK.

My work is full of movement, contrast, and emotion. Through bold colours and expressive textures, I explore the beauty and chaos of life — nature vs. city, joy vs. struggle, silence vs. noise. These are the tensions I’ve lived with all my life, and they flow into every brushstroke.
Growing up in a poor area in Brazil, I experienced the dramatic shift from rural simplicity to the intensity of fast-growing cities. That world — rich in music, colour, spirit, and resilience — is still inside me, and it comes out in my art.
I don’t paint to impress. I paint to connect. I believe art should reach deep inside you — to stir something quiet, or wild, or wounded. When someone tells me, “It feels like this was made for me,” I know I’ve done my job.
I care deeply about the world we live in. That’s why 5% of all profits go to causes close to my heart — from children’s wellbeing to climate and gender equity.
Thank you for being here. I hope my work speaks to a part of you that needs colour, emotion, and a little unfiltered truth.
